Commercial painting that works around your business hours
Offices, retail, restaurants and multifamily turns. Night and weekend crews, one point of contact, and invoicing that matches your PO.
Why this job is worth doing right
Commercial work is a scheduling problem before it is a painting problem. A retail suite cannot lose a Saturday, a restaurant cannot lose dinner service, and a leasing office needs the unit rent-ready on the date it was promised. The finish matters, but hitting the window is what gets us called back.
We staff commercial jobs with dedicated crews, work nights and weekends at no premium on projects over $10,000, and give you one foreman and one account manager for the whole job. You get a written schedule by area, daily progress notes, and invoicing that lines up with your PO and lien-waiver process.

How the job runs
Site walk & scope
We walk the property with you, map the work by area, and price it so each phase can be approved separately.
Schedule by area
A written calendar per floor or suite, with the hours we will be on site and who to call.
Mobilize
Protection, signage and containment set before the first surface is touched. Egress stays clear.
Execute in phases
Crews work the agreed windows. Daily notes and photos go to your inbox, not just to the foreman.
Closeout
Punch walk per area, as-painted color schedule for your records, and one consolidated invoice.
What it usually costs
Commercial pricing depends on access hours, ceiling height and coating spec more than square footage. Give us a floor plan and we will price the phases separately so you can approve them as budget clears.
Questions on this service
Can you work after hours? +
Yes. Nights and weekends are standard on commercial work and carry no premium on projects over $10,000.
Are you insured for our building requirements? +
We carry $2M general liability and full workers' comp, and we send COIs, W-9s and lien waivers before we mobilize.
How do you handle occupied buildings? +
Phased by area with signage, containment and clear egress. Residents or staff get a notice with dates before we start.
Do you offer per-unit turn pricing? +
