Why this job is worth doing right

Most Los Angeles homes we walk into have the same three problems: hairline cracks over the doorways, a ceiling that has gone chalky, and trim that has been painted around so many times the caulk lines have disappeared. An interior repaint is worth doing when it fixes those, not just when it changes the color.

That is why our estimate is a line-item scope instead of a square-foot guess. You see what gets patched, what gets primed, how many coats each surface gets, and what we are not touching. Nothing on the invoice shows up that was not on the scope.

Low-VOC paint as the standard, not an upsell
Two-year written warranty, transfers with the house

What's included

Walls & ceilings

Patch, sand, spot prime, then two coats of low-VOC paint, cut in by hand at every edge.

Trim, doors & baseboards

Hardware removed, caulk lines re-cut, brushed for a level finish instead of sprayed over dust.

Kitchen & bath cabinets

Degrease, scuff, spray in a booth-style enclosure. Doors numbered so they go back on the right box.

Wallpaper removal

Strip, wash the paste, skim-coat the wall, then prime before a drop of color goes on.

Drywall repair

Nail pops, corner bead dings, water stains and hairline cracks taped and floated, not filled with caulk.

Stairwells & vaulted ceilings

Scaffold and ladder work our crews already own, so height is not a change order.

How the job runs

1

Walkthrough

We measure every room, note the prep each surface needs, and price it line by line. Usually 45 minutes.

2

Color consult

Samples brought to your house and painted on your wall, in your light, before anything is ordered.

3

Protect & prep

Floors covered, furniture centered and wrapped, then the sanding, patching and priming that most of the day goes to.

4

Paint

Two coats standard. Your foreman texts a photo update at the end of each day.

5

Punch walk

We walk every room with you, fix the list on the spot, and the warranty goes in your name.

Questions on this service

How long will my house be disrupted? +

We work room by room so you keep a usable kitchen and at least one bathroom the whole time. A three-bedroom repaint is three to five working days.

Do I have to move the furniture? +

No. We move it to the middle of the room, wrap it, and put it back at the end of each day. Anything fragile or heirloom we ask you to move yourself.

Can you paint while we live there? +

Yes, and most of our clients do. We use low-VOC paint as the standard so the smell clears in hours rather than days.

What sheen should I pick? +

Matte or eggshell on walls, satin on trim and doors, semi-gloss in bathrooms and kitchens. Your consultant will talk you through it, and it is on the scope so there are no surprises.

Do you fix the drywall or do I need someone else? +

We handle nail pops, cracks, corner bead and small patches. Anything structural or a ceiling that needs replacing we will tell you honestly and refer out.
